Three Decades of Experience Scaling Companies and Brands

Dale Bishop Consulting was founded on a simple premise: the suppliers who win in the three-tier system aren't the ones with the biggest budgets, they're the ones with the clearest strategy, the sharpest capabilities, and the most disciplined execution.

Dale Bishop, Founder & President of Dale Bishop Consulting

Background

A Career Built Inside the Industry

I've spent more than 30 years on the supplier side of the beverage industry, building sales organizations, managing national accounts, and growing brands across wine, spirits, and energy drinks.

My career took me from Robert Mondavi to Constellation Brands, Red Bull North America, and The Duckhorn Portfolio, where I served as Senior Vice President of National Accounts. Along the way, I built teams from the ground up, led brands to category leadership, and helped integrate acquisitions into larger portfolios.

I founded Dale Bishop Consulting to put that experience to work for the companies shaping the industry's next chapter: suppliers seeking sharper strategy and execution, growth-stage brands ready to scale, and investors who need an operator's perspective.

Philosophy

"The suppliers who are gaining share in a challenging market are those suppliers who own their own growth strategy, end to end."

Every engagement is designed to transfer capability, not create dependency. We measure success by what your team can do after we're gone; by building strategies and capabilities that drive real results. That means working alongside your people, not around them. It means being direct about what's working and what isn't. And it means staying focused on the outcomes that actually move the business. Every engagement I take on starts there: helping clients take ownership of the strategy and the numbers, then building the relationships and execution plan that deliver results.

Let's Talk About What's Holding Your Organization Back.
